Absence from examination and examination malpractice

A candidate who fails or is unable to attempt an examination or is disqualified from an examination cannot claim a refund of fees nor transfer the fee for subsequent examinations. Examination entries cannot be withdrawn after the closing date no matter the circumstances. Any examination malpractice or misconduct shall be referred to the Institute's disciplinary committee who shall investigate and recommend any appropriate sanction (If any) to council for the final decision. An examination supervisor is empowered to disqualify any candidate suspected of examination malpractice or misconduct during examination and expel the candidate from the examination room.

Identity Cards of Examination Candidates
Every candidate must produce his/her student’s identity card to the examination supervisor during the examination. Failure to do so constitute examination misconduct.
